Privacy Policy
What data do we collect?
To place an order you connect your Discord account via OAuth2. We collect and store your Discord user ID and display name for the sole purpose of creating and managing your order ticket. Your cart is stored in your browser's session storage and is cleared when you close the tab. We do not collect payment details — payment is handled directly between you and your seller.
Do we use cookies?
We do not set any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. Session storage (not cookies) is used to remember your cart and Discord connection within a single browsing session.
Third-party services
This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests and stores order data on our behalf — their privacy policy applies to that infrastructure. When you connect your Discord account, Discord's OAuth2 service is used and Discord's privacy policy applies. Payment is handled directly between you and the seller — we do not see or process any payment data.
GDPR
We store your Discord user ID and display name as part of your order record. This data is kept for as long as your ticket exists. You can request deletion of your data by opening a ticket in our Discord server — we will remove your personal data from our records promptly.

FAQ
How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, add the items you want to your cart, then click "Purchase via Discord." A seller will claim your order in our Discord server and arrange delivery with you directly.
Is it safe to connect my Discord?
Yes. Connecting takes you to Discord's own official login (discord.com) — not a form on our site. We only receive your Discord username, nothing else. We never see or ask for your Discord password.
Do I have to input my payment details on the site?
No. We never ask for or process payment details anywhere on this site. Once your ticket is opened in Discord, you pay your seller directly there, using whatever method you agree with them (e.g. PayPal or card).
How do I pay?
Payment is made directly to your seller. We accept PayPal and card. Other methods may be available depending on the seller — confirm with them before paying.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within a few hours. Delivery depends on both you and the seller being online at the same time. Our typical delivery time is under 24 hours.
What platforms do you support?
We support Console Small Tribes, Crossplay Small Tribes, Console 1x Official, and Crossplay 1x Official clusters. Not all products are available on every cluster — check the tabs at the top of the shop.
I want something not listed — can you help?
Probably yes. We have a large catalogue beyond what's listed on the site. Use the Custom Order product or open a ticket in our Discord and ask — we'll let you know if we can source it.
What if my order isn't delivered?
If a seller cannot complete your order after you have paid, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us in Discord and we will resolve it. Do not open a payment dispute without contacting us first.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are issued if we cannot deliver your order. All other sales are final once delivered — we do not refund for change of mind, buyer error, or in-game losses after delivery.
Is this against ARK's rules?
Buying and selling in-game items may conflict with ARK: Survival Ascended's terms of service. Any consequences to your game account are your own responsibility. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Bounty Terms & Disclaimer
  1. Evidence Required. Any claim of a bounty must be supported by clear, verifiable evidence — such as screenshots or video footage with timestamps. Unverified claims will not be honoured and will be closed without reward.
  2. Rewards Held in Escrow. All bounty rewards are secured and held by a trusted Ark Flea Market moderator before the bounty is listed. Rewards will not be released to a claimant until the evidence has been reviewed and approved by a moderator.
  3. Posting a Bounty. To place a bounty, open a ticket in our Discord server. A moderator will verify the request and list the bounty on the board once the reward has been secured. Bounties will not be posted without funds held in advance.
  4. Right to Withdraw. The bounty poster may request removal of their bounty at any time and receive their full reward back, provided the bounty has not already been carried out and confirmed by a moderator.
  5. No False Bounties. Posting fake, misleading, or malicious bounties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from Ark Flea Market services and potential server ban.
  6. Reward Release. Once a claim has been verified and approved, the reward will be transferred to the claimant via a trusted middleman. Any disputes must be raised within the open ticket before it is closed.
  7. Claimant Responsibility. Only the person who fulfils the bounty may claim the reward. Attempting to claim a bounty you did not fulfil, or submitting fabricated evidence, is a bannable offence.
  8. Server Rules Apply. All participants must abide by Ark Flea Market's server rules at all times. Harassment, threats, or abuse directed at any player through this system will result in immediate removal.
  9. No Liability. Ark Flea Market acts as a neutral facilitator between poster and claimant. We are not responsible for any in-game consequences, disputes between players, or outcomes resulting from a bounty being placed or fulfilled.
